How KlarvoEngine was built
We didn't start by building software. We started by reading the law.
Every article. Every recital. Every annex. Every piece of guidance the EU AI Office published — from the February 2025 prohibited practices guidelines to the July 2025 GPAI Code of Practice to the December 2025 content marking code.
Then we encoded it. All of it. 42 regulatory sections. 70+ classification scenarios covering the hardest edge cases — healthcare triage bots, loyalty programmes versus social scoring, predictive policing, driver drowsiness systems. 8 industry-specific frameworks mapping where the AI Act overlaps with MiFID, DORA, the Medical Devices Regulation, and the Platform Workers Directive.
