Acceptable Use Policy

The behaviours we don't allow on Klarvo. Short list; serious enforcement.
1. The principle
Klarvo helps businesses comply with the EU AI Act. We won't host activity that breaks the Act, breaks other law, or undermines the integrity of the platform.
2. You won't use Klarvo to
- Assist or document any AI use prohibited by Article 5 of the EU AI Act.
- Process personal data in violation of the GDPR or any other applicable law.
- Upload content (evidence files, policies, descriptions) you don't have the right to upload.
- Submit content containing malware, exploits, or material designed to compromise the platform or other users.
- Attempt to access another organisation's workspace by any means.
- Probe, scan, or test the platform's security without prior written permission.
- Reverse-engineer the KlarvoEngine knowledge base or any other Klarvo IP.
- Re-sell, sub-license, or white-label Klarvo without a written reseller agreement.
- Use Klarvo for spam, phishing, or to send unsolicited communications.
- Impersonate any person or organisation.
- Bypass plan caps, rate limits, or any other technical control.
3. Reporting
If you see abuse on Klarvo, email hello@klarvo.io with the relevant details. We investigate every report.
4. Enforcement
Klarvo may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy. Where reasonable we give notice and an opportunity to remediate; for serious or repeated breaches we may suspend immediately. Cancellations under this policy do not entitle the account to a refund.
