Legal
Cookies policy
Effective 28 May 2026
Klarvo uses a small number of cookies — only what's necessary to operate the service and remember your preferences.
1. What's a cookie?
A cookie is a small text file a website stores in your browser. Some are essential for the site to work; others are used for analytics, personalisation, or advertising. Klarvo only uses the first category.
2. The cookies we set
On klarvo.io (the marketing site):
- No analytics or advertising cookies. We don't load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any third-party trackers on the marketing site.
On app.klarvo.io (the product):
- Authentication cookies — set by Supabase to keep you logged in. Essential. First-party.
- Preference cookies — remember your selected billing period, theme, and similar UI choices. Essential to provide the service you've chosen.
Billing checkout is handled by Stripe — Stripe sets its own cookies when you visit the checkout flow, governed by Stripe's privacy and cookie notice.
3. Your choices
Because we only use essential cookies, there's no consent banner — the EU ePrivacy Directive allows strictly necessary cookies without consent. You can still block or delete cookies through your browser settings; doing so on app.klarvo.io will log you out and disable preference memory.
4. Updates
If we ever introduce analytics or non-essential cookies, we'll add a consent banner and update this policy. Material changes are also notified to account holders by email.
