Understanding Your Classification Memo
Every KlarvoEngine classification produces a memo — a structured document explaining WHY your system received its classification, with references to specific articles.
Memo Sections
1. System Summary
What KlarvoEngine understood about your system: name, vendor, core function, affected persons, deployment context, and human involvement level.
2. AI System Definition Test
Whether your system meets the Article 3(1) definition. References the Commission's February 2025 guidelines on AI system definition. If it doesn't qualify as an AI system, no further obligations apply.
3. Prohibited Practices Screening
Results of checking all 8 Article 5 prohibitions. Each shows either "No indicators found" or a flag with explanation and the specific sub-paragraph.
