Dashboard Overview
The Klarvo Dashboard is your compliance command center, providing real-time visibility into your EU AI Act readiness across every AI system in your organization.
Key Metrics
AI Systems Count
The headline metric shows total AI systems in your inventory, broken down by classification:
| Classification | What It Means | What You Should Do |
| Minimal Risk | No specific EU AI Act obligations beyond good practice | Document for completeness; apply internal governance |
| Limited Risk | Transparency obligations apply (Article 50) | Implement required disclosures; upload notice evidence |
| High-Risk Candidate | Full deployer duties under Article 26 | Complete all deployer controls, oversight plans, FRIA if applicable |
| Blocked | Potential prohibited practice flagged under Article 5 | Stop use immediately; escalate to legal review |
| Needs Review | Quick Capture systems awaiting full classification | Prioritize completing their KlarvoEngine classification |
Systems showing "Needs Review" are the most common gap — they represent Quick Capture entries that haven't been fully classified yet. The dashboard prominently counts these so you can schedule completion.
Audit Readiness Score
This composite percentage reflects your overall compliance health, calculated from four dimensions:
🎯 Benchmark: Aim for 80%+ to be considered audit-ready. Most organizations start at 15–30% and reach 70%+ within 6–8 weeks of active use.
