Klarvo generates professional, audit-ready export packs that compile your compliance documentation into structured deliverables. These are designed to look like premium consultancy outputs — branded, version-controlled, and cross-referenced.

Export Quality Standards

All exports include:

  • Organization branding: Your company name in headers/footers
  • Version control: Document version, generation date/time, generated by (user name)
  • Document control: Revision history table (for versioned documents)
  • Confidentiality marking: "Internal" or "Shareable with Auditor" classification
  • Cross-references: Evidence IDs (EV-001, EV-002...) and control references
  • "Data Included" summary: What's inside the export so recipients know at a glance

    • Generating an Export

  • Navigate to the relevant entity (AI System, FRIA, or Exports page)
  • Click the Export button
  • Select the export type from the dropdown
  • Choose format (PDF or ZIP where applicable)
  • Click Generate
  • Download immediately or copy the secure link

    • Export History

    Every export is logged:

  • What was exported, when, and by whom
  • Export type and format
  • Whether it was downloaded or shared via link
  • This history is available in Exports → History
