The FRIA Report is a comprehensive PDF document covering your entire Fundamental Rights Impact Assessment. It's required for market surveillance authority notification and is a key audit artifact for high-risk AI systems.

Report Structure

The FRIA Report PDF follows the Article 27 structure:

  • Cover Page: Title, organisation, system, date, confidentiality
  • Document Control: Version, revision history, approval signatures
  • Executive Summary: One-page overview of findings and conclusion
  • Process Description: How the AI system is used in your operations
  • Scope & Scale: Time period, frequency, number of affected persons

  • Open the FRIA from the AI System detail page or the Assessments section
  • Click ExportFRIA Report (PDF)
  • Download or copy the secure link
  • Using for Authority Notification

    If you're required to notify the market surveillance authority:

  • Generate the FRIA Report PDF
  • Review for completeness and accuracy
  • Submit to your national authority using their prescribed channel
  • Upload the submission confirmation to Klarvo as evidence
  • Record the notification date and reference number in the FRIA record
  • FRIA Result Summary

    In addition to the full report, a one-page summary is available — covering the system name, risk classification, key risks identified, overall conclusion, and approval status. Ideal for board briefings and internal communication.

    Complete before deployment: FRIA must be done before first use
