Comprehensive report showing:

Per-System Training Report
For a specific AI system, shows:
All operators assigned to the system
Their training completion status
Gaps (operators without required training)
Linked to DEP-02 (oversight competence) and LIT controls
Re-certification Summary
Shows upcoming re-certification deadlines:
Staff whose training expires within 30/60/90 days
Programs requiring refresh
Action items for training managers

Select the report type
Choose filters:
- Date range
- Department
- Program
- AI system (for per-system reports)
Click Generate
