  • Managing Notification Volume

If you're receiving too many notifications:

  • Disable email for low-priority items: Keep in-app but turn off email for routine events
  • Use the weekly digest: Instead of individual emails, get a consolidated summary
  • Delegate: If you're receiving notifications for systems you don't own, ensure ownership is assigned to the right person
  • Best Practices

🔔 Keep critical alerts on: Never disable incident or reassessment notifications
📧 Enable the weekly digest: It's a useful compliance check-in even if you disable individual emails
🎯 Match to your role: Admins need more notifications than Viewers
📱 Check in-app regularly: The bell icon shows unread notification count
